    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:
• Local Orders: 3–5 business days
• International Orders: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and courier service performance.

  1. International Shipping
    We ship to selected international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. StitchOrbit is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

  2. Order Tracking
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

  3. Delayed or Lost Packages
    If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or appears lost, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

  4. Incorrect Shipping Information
    Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. StitchOrbit is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  5. Damaged Items During Shipping
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
